Internet Research Tips and Tricks
Did you know that Internet search engines only index about one-third of the Web? And, that once you find the data, it's not always credible? While search engines make research easy, they're not without flaws. This session will teach you to develop a research plan for your business, to find critical data online and how to test that data for validity. Time: 1.5 hours

Building Valid Assumptions
So you've mastered Excel and can now build projections, budgets and ROI scenarios. But, before you enter any numbers, it pays to define what you're basing those figures on. This seminar teaches you how to identify critical decision points and to make sound assumptions. Emphasis is placed on finding the right sources of information, and how to use that data to build projections that are believable and reliable. Time: 1.5 hours
